“Play Like A Champion Today” is an iconic Notre Dame football slogan installed by coach Lou Holtz in 1986, inspired by a photo in a school history book. Holtz had the sign placed in the stadium tunnel for players to tap, embodying a culture of excellence, high effort, and character, which became synonymous with his tenure.  Matted, framed and signed wall hanging is 11×14 inches.
